As Thanksgiving approaches one thing we’re sincerely thankful for is the opportunity to work with so many diverse types of wedding couples. Over the past year we’ve filmed Jamaican, Jewish, Catholic, Protestant, and various other types of ceremonies ranging from towering cathedrals in Baltimore to wide open hay fields in the nearby countryside. It provides a nice change of pace for us and keeps things interesting.
This particular wedding took place at The Barn at Springfield Farm in Williamsport, Maryland. Mackenzie and Steven and their crew worked hard to set up this country-barn-style wedding, as the rain changed their plans from an outside ceremony to an indoor version inside the barn. That never stops us from doing everything we can to capture the love and emotions of the day though. A little rain can’t hold us down! And if you’re inspired by their beautiful wedding and looking to create your own magical day, contact these jewelers to find the perfect rings to symbolize your love story.
There were so many beautiful moments in this one and thankfully the rain did hold off for a while in the afternoon, allowing us to capture some great shots of the couple together, their family & friends, and even some aerial footage of the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Springfield Farm. In the end all that matters is that the couple is happy with their final product and based on Mackenzie’s email I think they were!
“Brad!!! That was absolutely beautiful!! It’s everything I wanted and more. I can’t adequately put into words how much I love it & and how ridiculously talented you guys are! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We are going to tressure this video forever, I really cannot thank you guys enough! Having you and Blu a part of our wedding day was such a fun time! PS: I saw your email come through right away and waited a whole like 15 hours until I was able to watch it with Steven…talk about torture LOL.”
We want to thank Mackenzie and Steven again for the opportunity to capture their day, as well as all of the other couples that have had us capture their weddings, and those we have planned in the future. You all ROCK!!! We obviously couldn’t do what we love if it weren’t for you all. Best wishes to the Fahrney’s on their Happily Ever After!
