Caitlin and Justin were married on a windy, but beautiful early Spring day on March 22nd, 2014. This was our second wedding of the year and our first ever in March.
The wedding was held at historical Wilson College, located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, which happens to be right down the road from our house. I personally love shooting weddings that are held at older venues as it gives me the opportunity to explore, learn about and capture the beautiful historic landscapes and architecture associated with them.
We arrived extra early to Norland, Laird and Thompson Halls to capture bridal party preparations, guest arrivals, photo sessions, decorating, and much to our surprise, a competitive game of wiffle ball by the groom and groomsmen. Wilson College lends itself well to gorgeous time-lapses, slider shots, and pans, as can be seen in the video above. While the couple only booked us for their morning preparations and the ceremony itself, we made great use of our time with them and were able to put together a nice pre-ceremony highlight video for them.
